 Center On Deafness Inland Empire is a non-profit community based service agency. The mission of the CODIE is to ensure equal access of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community to the same opportunities afforded their hearing counterparts. The organization’s general purposes and powers are directed around the promotion of the social, recreational, cultural, educational, and vocational welfare of its Deaf and Hard of Hearing constituents.

Mission Statement: Helping to create an integrated community that promotes: full participation in society, education and employment, effective communication, and cultural awareness. 

The mission and advocacy of California Association of the Deaf is the promotion, preservation and protection of the civil rights, social, cultural, health, educational and economic well-being of the Deaf. The acquisition and use of American Sign Language is an essential human right. The Association practices an environment that is free of audism, racism, sexism, linguicism and other forms of discrimination.

Our mission is to provide our Deaf residents with a home where they can feel safe and part of a family environment. We are dedicated to providing personal, individualized care, which promotes health and well being to enrich each resident’s quality of life.

CSDRAA-  Our school, California School for the Deaf, Riverside (CSDR) produces high school graduates who enrolled colleges/universities received Master's and Ph.D/ED.D's in the US. That means CSDR rated as one of the top residential institutions to prepare our students ready for college.

As Alma Mater, we are one of the richest Alma Maters donating over a total of $10,000 per year for students, staff and the community within.   We believe in giving to develop a stronger community in Riverside!
