Model Deaf Community 

has been with the Deaf community and the office of Mayor for 23 years. Model Deaf Community  had more than 50 board members over the years. Model Deaf Community closed its door on January 24th 2023 with highest recognition throughout the city.  Model Deaf Community was thrilled and been honored about  transforming to  a new Commission of the Deaf.   New commissioners will meet 2nd Wednesday of each month at 5:30pm at Art Pick Council Chamber  City Hall, 7th floor.
